To support this mission, we offer a transparent and inclusive fee structure. A flat $30 annual administrative fee applies to the first entry submitted per competition year, covering essential administrative expenses such as printing, mailing, and data organization.

This ensures fairness and consistency, allowing all participants, regardless of size or scale to compete on equal terms. Those submitting multiple entries benefit from the affordability of this structure, making it ideal for showcasing multiple projects or innovations within the same year.
