Flagship platforms such as TradeChain, Digital Trade Corridors, RIMAH, and DHAFRA enable trusted data exchange, intelligent risk targeting, and predictive analytics. Additional solutions including Smart HS Classification, AIN, and Remote Customs Examination have further enhanced productivity, accessibility, and compliance. Operating under globally recognized frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL, and ISO standards, the department ensures secure, scalable, and sustainable delivery.
